All fans spin up cpu cooler lights up hard drive spins gpu spins up but no display.

You really should of just taken all the components out and let it dry out for a few days.

nothing might of looked wet but still could of been

I hit agree but had to expound. You could still have liquid on something. I would Unplug it and take everything apart and rinse with 99% isopropyl. Then let it dry in warm area for at least 8 hours.

Looking at the gpu looks like a couple of the connections fried. That gpu upgrade is coming sooner than later I guess haha.

Water penetrates the PCB so you could have a drop of coffee on your MB that could kill it later. Leave it off for several hours at least to give it time. You put creamer or sugar in your coffee?

Had similar problem when I shorted a usb with a bad peripheral. Once everything is clean and dry, try resetting the CMOS. Don't know if it will work for you depending on what shorted.

Idk wut to tell you but to let it dry for 25 hrs use alcohol and put it in rice. At least your computer smells good
