Help: My mouse turns off and on.

I have a problem my mouse started to turn on and off whenever i move the cursor it goes off for a sec and then is back on and after a sec it goes off again, i have faced this prob before but it fixed some how and before 30 min ago started doing this  .... am sure that the prob is not the mouse.

Please Help any ideas? It seems to be worse when i game and move the mouse a lot.

 

 

 

Edit: Mobo; Asus Crosshair extreme IV

        Mouse : some cheepo Wired USB optic mouse

Edit2 : When am in game it stops every sec when am not in game it seems to stop a lot less even does not stop for a min.

This started happening to my wireless mouse... Try changing the batteries. If that doesn't fix it, then it's not going to get better.

a lot of wireless mouses are usb.

It might be the USB port

I think that might be your USBs

Try it in another computer

Not sure, i thought it might have been your USBs, you could try to re-install drivers
