Looking for a case that can support 2 120mm AIOs preferably with a side panel window for around 60-70 usd

Probably any case that supports a 240 will support 2x 120s in some arrangement (i.e., choosing orientation so you can fit the hose joints)? Or any case with a rear 120 and some room for a 120 on top?

Or are you looking for a particular location for each of the 120s?

as of right now i have the evga clc 120 rear mounted but am getting the hybrid cooler for the 1080ti and my corsair 300r doesn't have the space to mount a 2nd 120 as ram sticks get in the way of the top along with the vrm heatsinks on the motherboard there is space in the front above the hdd cage but no screw holes and i don't feel comfortable letting it sit there with nothing holding it in place.

That sucks, been there  ALthough I could fit a normal rad with a bit of care, but I wanted to fit an H80...

Regarding case suggestions, I could get an Aerocool Aero 1000 for that price, which has a rear 120 and room for up to 240 in the front (depending on hdd cage needs and rad thickness), and also on top (it's the one I couold not fit the fat one in, but I do have a 280x30 there now). There is a windowed version, but the problem is it seems to be way more expensive in the US than it is here. The cheaper Aero 800 is similar in many ways, but I don't have first hand experience with it's rad compatibility.

I am quite happy with the 1000, having filters everywhere and all (looking at you Corsair - the 500R is still in its box waiting for a solution), and if the 800 is not too far in quality it could be a good option in that price range (although, again, here is more lie EUR 40-50 for it).

the top of the hdd cage is covering the bottom 2 screws by about 1/5th of the fan width so no hopes in using those

Mm, that's bad. I was hoping there was enough room for you to place the fan outside, the screws through the hole, and the radiator on the inside. But if the cage interferes with the holes, it probably doesn't leave enough room for the rad either.

the rad fits in the space perfectly it's just the holes are offset more towards the bottom instead of being leveled with the space

I hate the Pro M and Arctic Silver for the same reasons people hate fidget spinners: they're stupid, annoying, and pointless. I'd rather have a glass of bleach than a Pro M.

Great. Nobody cares. You have 0 valid reasons to not recommend the Enthoo Pro M. Newsflash: style varies from person to person. If you hate it, don't buy it. If someone recommends it, don't bash them for no reason unless you have specific info that tells the potential buyer about bad compatibility etc. I have it and I'm really happy with it. Fits everything that I want and looks great I'm my opinion. This is why I recommend it.

I prefer Noctua paste at this point, but Arctic Silver 5 saved my PS3.   I'll have to agree on the fidget spinners though.

If you do really represent VIVO, I'd like to mention that the VIVO Athena is a very nice case and I love mine, but there is still a little room for improvement.

The Thermaltake Dragonscale is practically the same, the side panels of the Athena are the exact same as those of the Dragonscale and can be interchanged.

 

The Athena is a bit of a pain since the drive cage is way too small, I manually cut the top off to fit a third drive (since I have 5 3.5 inch drives). 

 

The Thermaltake Dragonscale is literally the same, you can actually swap the panels on the chassis if you have both, meaning the top and front panels. It's almost like Vivo copied Thermaltake.

 

In terms of poise and stance, the Athena is more stanced, but the Dragonscale has better quality plastic paneling so that ends up fairly intimidating.

 

Here are a few shots of my main build inside both of them. The first three are the Athena, the last three are the Dragonscale.

 

As you can probably tell, they are extremely similar, yet the Dragonscale comes with HDD sleds and two 3.5" bays up top. Thermaltake's design implementation is much cleaner, but I think Vivo's design overall is smoother. The Vivo's clear plastic panels restrict airflow, however the Dragonscale's front panels have tiny slits on the 'scales' that open airways.

 

Overall I really like them both, but the Dragonscale is better.
