Do I need to put in LAN IP the public IP address?

Then you have to check your modem manual. It should have stored the new entry. If it didn't, something else went wrong. But those are the values you should have used.

LAN IP Address: You need to find your own local IP. There are lots of tutorials out there, to find it. (the listed one in the green screenshot is most likely incorrect for you)

It usually starts with 192.168 if it's IPV4. Not sure about IPV6, that's why I called my own ISP to change my "hip and modern and better" public ipv6 ip back to ipv4. (they weren't happy, but they did what I asked them...)

Like if I have a limit how much I can use the internet?

Yeah. Like my ISP Comcast has a 1TB cap each month. For every 50 Gigs we go over its an extra $10 a month.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Just saying, if you're publicly hosting a server at home and you piss of the wrong person, there's a good chance he's gonna DDoS you. Then he decides when your server is online or offline. Hosting from home is a big no no.
