It's a fantastic psu and if you want to get it you won't have any problems with it. Others are just saying that you could save money by going with a slightly less expensive psu.

here you go, cooler and board are both good enough to support overclocking (which you may or may not wnana do at some point in the future)

you will also need to order a bracket for that cooler so it can mount on AM4, apart from that it's all good I believe. Oh you may be able to squeeze the R7 1700X in there instead of the R7 1700, The X has a higher base clock speed so is better, but if you overclock the will be identical as the both overclock the same.
