ask them if that motherboard has been updated to support kabylake processors or for the manufacture date of the mobo(November 2016 and newer should support kabylake)

Most Skylake motherboards support kabylake through a bios update (if before Nov 2016) or natively if newer than that. You can check the motherboard's page on the manufacturer's website and it should say "Supports 6th & 7th gen Intel processors".

By the way, wouldn't the G4560 get bottlenecked, or was it the Gpu?
