I'm having issues after I install my graphics card

So what I'm working with first of all is an Intel DQ35JO motherboard running on integrated graphics and a 430W EVGA PSU. I wanted to upgrade my graphics to a Radeon HD 7770 1GB DDR5. The installation went smoothly, but when I booted up the PC, it froze at the BIOS screen to where I couldn't even get into the BIOS or Windows 10. How do I fix this?
