I've never seen this happen or noticed anyone else reporting it either, would love to hear from someone who has

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

That looks distinctly like a browser rendering issue to me (Chrome and Opera both use the same engine), and since nobody else can reproduce it there's nothing I can do about it, sorry.

I get this on a few sites in chrome using dark themes, it's weird and doesn't always happen.
