The fastest U chip, the i7-7600U is about 10-20% slower than the slowest HQ chip, the i5-7300HQ. 2. The taxes and prices and configs are over the roof. So for you the laptop is for 800$, where as here for me that is equal to 1250$ here in India. And that's the main issue here.
