Don't talk down to the difference between tier 2 and 3, the seasonic PSU is Tier 2 and modular while the CXM is tier three and only smei mod.

The M12II 520 watt is tier 3, the grey unit CXm is tier 3, and would actually be higher if it wasn't for the ball bearing fan.
