I've decided to get Ryzen 5 1600X instead of i5-6600K and then I wanted to get a AMD graphics card like 480 or 570 but they are all sold out or are on very pricy models. Is there a problem if I get a 1060 with a Ryzen instead of an i5, i mean, does it go the same as if it was with an intel processor?

An R5 1600X will out perform an I5 6600K in a lot of games and tasks, this is 4 cores vs 6 cores/12 threads, sure Skylake has the IPC and and clock, but it isn't a lot over 6 cores with hyperthreading.

Yours faithfully

Definitely in a lot of tasks... definitely not in a lot of games. in the majority of games the overclocked 6600k's and 7600k's still beat out Ryzen for high refresh rate gaming.

That being said, if the OP is planning on 60hz gaming at 1080p, and if that is his only desired workload, then I would recommend stepping down to an R5 1400, saving himself 100 bucks, and calling it a day. There will be almost 0 appreciable performance difference between these CPU's with a 60hz 1080p monitor and his chosen GPU's.

There is no significance to "pairing" specific GPU's with specific CPU's or platforms. Certainly not in terms of branding anyway. There is nothing wrong with purchasing a GTX 1060 6GB instead of a 480/580 8GB if you cannot get your hands on an affordable one where you live. Real world performance between the 1060 6GB and RX480/580 8GB is really close (depends on your chosen model/overclocks). The edge is usually given to the RX480/580 largely because of its larger VRAM capacity, and better "future proof"-ness (Polaris tends to scale much better in the Vulkan API, so if more and more games start supporting that API, the Polaris cards should pull ahead). But the 1060 6GB is still a very capable card and you should definitely get that instead if there are no affordable 480/580's available to you.

Be straight (I was confused too) everything is great to be paired is just which software that suits you best

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).
