Use a utility like GPU-Z to identify it.

The time has come to SELL my GPU. But for the life of me I can't find out what its called! 

 

The DxDiag tool shows it up as an AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

But this doesnt really help me as there are a whole range of GPUs in this area, could anyone maybe help me identify it further so I can list it correctly?

Open the case and look at it :P

I cant actually take pictures of it right now since its doing some updates or something, scared to touch it till its done! The post was made in a hurry so I'm sorry if i didn't include what I should have xD 

Ill make sure to post some pics of it when I am able to
