Burn and cut

Alright.

First question: I was preparing some raw meat, and I had a paper-cut on my finger. I had gloves on half the time while handling the meat, but then decided to take them off since they were a bother. However, I was cautious to avoid the raw meat touching my cut. 

Still, will the raw meat affect me in any way?

 

Second question: While cleaning the non-stickable frying pan with a paper towel, I accidentally pushed my extensor tendon of my finger onto the still-hot frying pan(the injury is really small, like the size of a gravel pebble). It hurt like hell, and it still does up to this point.

After some minutes have passed, the part of the skin with the burn on it appeared white. From red to white.

Is this dire or minor? Either way, how should I treat this?

Have you ever cooked before? It's raw beef so you are fine. If it was poultry then I would be concerned but not really. If your finger is burned just put it in cold water. Not too cold and don't put ice directly on it as it will make it much worse

The biggest risk with a cut is in fact you contaminating the meat if others eat it.
