Are Gsync monitors worth it

If you've got $$$ then yes, otherwise no. Unless you are noticing screen tearing or stuttering and nothing else can fix it.

yes for high refresh gaming, personally i would get a good 1440p 60hz monitor instead of a gsync 1080p 144hz monitor, not worth it unless you are a pro CSGO player.

not really IMO, too expensive

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Oh man yeah. Once you get one everything else will be unplayable. It is incredible

It depends on what you are doing.   If you constantly play FPS games then maybe. Personalty I would get the best looking panel for my budget so if you can afford a gsync monitor then go for it otherwise spend your money else ware

eh.. really difficult to assign "worth" to variable refresh rate..

 

i guess it kinda depends on what the budget for the rest of your stuff was, compared to the cost of a gsync panel.

As a owner of G-Sync monitor I must say YES.

But I would suggest you to go G-Sync only if you can go all out with IPS + high refresh rate.

 

Also there are issues if you have G-Sync and you play in borderless/windowed mode when using multiple monitors that use different refresh rates.

Not yet, I can try.

My monitor supports ULMB only at 120Hz so I never really bothered because I would be sacrificing 45Hz and G-Sync.

Besides, I don't really experience bad motion blur without ULMB.

i heard that using ULMB can be better than using Gsync, but i cannot understand exactly why. mostly because i don't have a gsync panel.
