can someone give me pc programs that allow me to monitor whos on my wifi  and disconnect them through the program? i know i should just use 192.168.1.1 but i cant access it

How come you cannot access your own router/AP's UI? The easiest way to go about it is to use your router's UI, so I'd consider a factory reset if it's a matter of forgotten password. Without it, I'm not sure that's possible unless you perform a deauth attack on individual clients, which would require you to gather the MAC addresses of the clients on your network.

angry IP will scan the devices on the network, their are also phone apps that do the same. but you will not get extra monitoring stuff like data use, speed, ext. you can only get ip and device name unless it is a monitoring program though your router.

First of all your router should be setup with a WPA2 AES password so that people cant just connect to it. Plus you should have access to YOUR router. You might need to reboot it to get control back. Change the password for the wireless.
