Usually GTX 1060 is faster, but due to the 3GB low VRAM (and cut down specs), the RX 570 is faster (in most cases)

The GTX 1060 and RX 570 are products in the same performance tier. You will not be crying over the lost 3/4 frames, as long as you enjoy the look of the card, and the security of the brand you choose.

They are in the same ballpark performance, and neither will disappoint significantly for 1080p and 1440p gaming.

I had same question 2 weeks ago. I bought RX 570 4gb, i was testing in few gpu titles and in 1080p when i maxout quality, VRAM usage goes to 3.4Gb, so even if in some games 1060 3gb is faster then rx570, in the end you must go from ultra to high etc because it will be unplayable if it goes beyond 3gb.. Just go for rx570
