Yeah, i5 6402p is a weird CPU. Try to switch to AMD, or get like an i5 6400. The PSU is bad, and try to get RAM with a heat spreader

the ram doesnt matter as he is gonna have the glass against the wall, and the 6402p has a higher clock for 1 dollar more than the 6400.

i5 6600K will be also better if he plans to overclock with Z170 it will be a lot better than H110 with 6700 but your choice.
