Hissing as in coil whine ?

If so try RMA'ing it. They sometimes accept it when its really really bad/loud.

Or you could open it up and fix it with some hot glue.

If you put some effort into lifting the warranty seal you wont even void it.

There's loads of info on lifting warranty seals, try google. As for the hot glue, dab it on the inductors and capacitors. Don't go crazy with it, just put a bead at the base of each suspected component. If you want you could even power it up while open and listen for which component is causing it.
