What can cause so much noice?

Is their any dust in the computer, that usually makes computers heat up which therefore results in the fan being extremely loud.

1. Decent temps considering stock cooler.

2. You can buy compressed air very cheap - https://www.pccasegear.com/products/28078?gclid=CILKh6mp79MCFQoQvQodRisD-Q&gclsrc=aw.ds

This is in Australia but just look for something similar from wherever you live. I would also recommend reapplying thermal paste.
