Audio during cutscenes of games out of sync

So I noticed in any game with cutscenes the audio seems to desync heavily and it's quite bothersome.

 

My specs are:

 

Ryzen 7 1700X 3.6GHz OCed
CROSSHAIR VI HERO Motherboard from Asus
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3200Mhz OCed
Barracuda 2TB Hard Drive 
Aorus GTX 1080 Ti
 

Any ideas?

go back to stock with the overclock, its a glitch.

i fixed it, messing around with the settings in sonic studio apparently I needed to have it on AC192 not HD audio.
