Windows services takes between 15-50% of my cpu, What the hell is it doing?

 

I7-4790K

16GB Ram

Win 10 64Bit

 

I do not have viruses (Haven't downloaded anything that could me malicious) and I have scanned my computer multiple times with Malwarebytes (fullscan) just to make sure

I had the problem as you like 5 minutes ago, and I was just about to post something like this! Anyway, just end the task and you get to free up all that CPU. It will prompt you with something along the lines of "this could cause system instability" ignore that and click the check box that is in the lower corner. If something goes wrong, just restart the computer and everything will be back to normal. So far I have no issues.
