Windows task manager reports that I run the same application multiple times in task manager, They are all running as well and I'm worried this affects performance or will cause instability etc. Is there anything I can do against this?   6. Edit: I thought this was my PSU at first, not after further investigation it's my GPU that starts and stops the fans constantly which made this sound, Happened after the power outtage. It tries to start them, Then it dips to 0RPM, over and over. What could have happened?

I run a editing machine where I render projects for 30 min - 5 hours straight at 100% cpu (3950x) and using all of my available ram (64gb), I have a Asus motherboard (If that matters for the question below).
