New PC last piee of puzzle

Hi, guys, I was setting up my new pc and I got a SSD and a 3TB HDD, after I installed the win10 on the SSD, I didn't see the 3TB HDD in the windows? How can I solve this problem

 

This is my first PC build, please help

I know this is gonna sound dumb, but do you have all your cables connected? Do you have the SATA and power cables plugged into the HDD?

The HDD is detected in the bios by the way

Oh it is? Hmm ok. Have you tried formatting the drive with NTFS?

Go to disk management in windows and see if you can see it there

If not, go to command prompt and write 

>Diskpart

>List disk

Go to disk management, select the drive and format it.

Type 'manage' into the Windows search bar and 'Computer management' will pop up. Click on that, wait for it to load a bit and then click on disk management. This may take some time to load but then you can set up the drive and assign drive letters and whatnot when you see the 3TB drive in there (after scrolling down). Easy process really
