Is your motherboard SLI certified? If not then just got with the 1060 and save for a better next gen card or other component. If you want to spend 1070 money, then I would suggest buying 2 RX580s and run them in crossfire for GTX 1080 like performance in crossfire supported titles. (My friend did this and I am kinda jealous because I bought a 1070) If your board is SLI certified, then buy a 1070 now, and buy another one a few years down the road when the 1070 becomes cheap, to extend the longevity of your PC. However, if the next "quantum leap" happens in the GPU market in the next few years, then disregard this plan.

But coming in years? Lol I have to wait again

Few years? 1070 already has games that see it at sub 50fps when maxed out in 1080p. More like during next generation when volta comes out and the next standard card will be probably on par if not better then a 1080ti and the standard will repeat itself. Happened with the 700series all the way up to the 1000 series.

You don't have to buy the latest and greatest GPU every year. Judging by how every chip manufacture has run out of ways to improve performance and efficiency on the hardware side, most cards have a long lifespan before they are completely obsolete.
