does psu matters to u ?

BudgetBoy

Yes, but mainly for bragging rights past a certain point.

I'm perfectly fine with an entry level Corsair CX series or EVGA B1 psu when appropriate if I disregard the included fan. I would probably replace the fan for a quieter one in either case. I'm currently using a V850 with the fan replaced with a NF-P14 PWM and would like to move to a very similar Seasonic X series just for swag.

i would never get a low quality PSU, i have a few reasons:

1: overclocking wont be as good

2: i want my components to not go up in flames when the PSU does

3: i dont want my PSU to make much noice, no coilwhine and barely any fan noice is always nice

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

So long as it's not a China+ SuperProUltimate, I don't care much. An 80+ Bronze or above suggests it's capable of pushing as much power as it says it can, and that's all I need.

Laptop: Asus GA502DU

RAM: 16GB DDR4 | CPU: Ryzen 3750H | GPU: GTX 1660ti
