Cheapest? A used 750 Ti. Hell, I have a Sapphire Toxic 5850 that holds up at 1080p and cost me all of $12, but I'm not banking on it lasting much longer as a 1080p card.

If you're looking for the best experience within your budget, a 4GB 480 is going to be more than capable of 1080p for a few generations. An 8GB 480 is insurance.

If you're looking for the cheapest new card I'd recommend for 1080p gaming, you're looking at the RX 470, or the GTX 1050 Ti if you have space or power limitations.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

I had a 750Ti and was running most games fine with medium settings
