Now reduced even more by going with a worse PSU. Tier 3 and 80+ Gold is still pretty good though.

3. I doubt that RAM can reach 3000 Mhz. Not on the board QVL list and is also not a Samsing B-die

You'd better get a deepcool dqst or seasonic s12ii or corsair cxm since they are all tier 3 and cheaper

Not good. GPU and CPU are most important. Rest is not as important, and he doesn't need liquid cooling on Ryzen. He'll get Wraith cooler which is enough, + he can upgrade that in the future if he wishes.

If we compare this system with the system that JDE bought, then his system is far superior and would wreck this one for the same price + it gets him futureproof. In a year time used 1080 TI will cost more than used 1070.

The one below is almost perfect, but PSU is too low, bump it to at least 600W GOLD+ and it's completely done. Very slightly over budget but worth it.

He doesn't need that extra 20-30mb / s. It's not gonna kill him.

I'm pretty sure RAM will work, my RAM wasn't on the list when I bought it and it worked just fine, and even if by some miracle it doesn't work, he can return it and buy different one.

SInce the 7700k is faster then the Ryzen chips, all i gotta do is upgrade my monitor to minimize the Cpu difference?

You should (ideally) have a PSU running 50% of its total this is where it is usually most efficient - obviously not every can go around throwing 850w PSU's in their rigs, but its an idea
