Quick question: Which GPU do you recommend?

Or

 

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4Gb

 

And the 970 is cheaper by £25.

Both are used.

What's an 1880ti? I assume you're referring to the 1080ti, and that's way out of his price range if his budget is in the style of a 4gb 480. Second, a Titan X? What in the world, that's a $1000 GPU.

The RX 480 is slightly more powerful, but the 970 can trade blows with it. In general though and given it is only about 25£ in difference, the RX 480 would be the better choice. Of course, an 8GB one would be even better by a considerable amount xd, especially at 1440p, but hey medium settings.

if you can, especially for 1440p, get the more powerful one.

RX 470/480/570/580 4G will play all games at 60+ FPS on 1440p Medium settings, many games on High as well.
