1800X OC Recommendations

I was wondering if anyone knew of any recommended settings for overclocking a 1800x.  I know each piece of silicon is different and yields different results, but I was wondering more specifically what the thermal maxes are for the chip and what voltages I should avoid going over to prevent damage to the chip.  I plan to attempt a 3.9-4.0 OC on my Noctua NH D15 (no low noise adapters both fans) in my Noctis 450 gaming case.  Motherboard is a Gigabyte AX370 Gaming 5 with an EVGA 750W GQ (80 plus Gold).  Thanks in advanced!

I know right?  Blasphemy!  Although I didn't know if anyone knew where to find the Tj maxes for the Ryzen along with the recommended voltage limits.  I figured itd be easy to find from AMD but the best I found was a reddit thread on the subject.  Unless I'm just stupid or looking in the wrong place :).

Even better:

3:57 is the part with recommended optimizations.

6:24 1800x OC

Granted he's using an Asus BIOS with the DOCP profile since he has an XMP profile which I don't so I won't have to worry about that just adjusting voltage and bumping the clock multiplier from 36 to 40 :).
