Core 1 like 25°C cooler

I delidded my CPU a while ago to fix some thermal issues and I can't help but feel it only helped one of my cores. Any ideas why?

how did you put thermal paste on the cpu die?

 

if you're pasting a bare die, you REALLY need to make sure the entire surface is covered to perfection.
