Honestly my oem case is all metal. You may want to look at a server case or you could modify a powermac g5 or mac pro case

Corsair C70, is all metal (except for the drive trays, and fans) and it's a helluva lot cheaper than caselabs.

+1 Great case with lots of fan mounts and cable management is very easy.

I like Lian Li's but imo their interiors suck compared to the rest of the market.

 

Silverstone has great interiors but imo their exteriors are ugly.

 

Caselabs are the best overall to me. They look great and have excellent features. But...they are very costly, although I still plan to buy one for my next build as it will last a long time.
