Hey there boys & Girls,

So I am looking for a online email program that you can put all your emails in, create folders like outlook and then Imap that one account to a desktop, Laptop or phone so

the contecnt stays the same recommendations please!

Both Gmail and Outlook can collect email from other POP email accounts, all email would be then stored in either Gmail or Outlook and you can have automatic sorting, so for Gmail you would have all email from one POP account going to a Label or with Outlook it would go into a Folder, both would automatically set this up for you when you add the POP account.

 

You can then access all your email by logging into that one Gmail or Outlook account on any device or you can have an email client collect the email with IMAP on any device, with IMAP it would be synced so delete an email on any client it will delete it everywhere.

 

Depending on the email accounts you want to collect you may need to log into them to prevent them becoming deactivated after a set amount of time if they do not count POP as a login.

Great when you have multiple email accounts and you want to be able to check them online in the same location! I think its really useful.
