Hey guys, I need help atm a lot, I have no idea for what parts, I will be using the PC for gaming, livestreaming & recording,I will OC it, It does not need to include an OS or SSD, but you can include if you want, thanks for reading.

I made a few alterations but good build otherwise it's just better to get a good air cooler rather than a cheap watercooler, also changed the psu to a fully modular one and if you don't care about adding another card down the line just get a 550w psu  http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/22Kz4

Is the 8-Core good for overclocking against i5  & i7?, Some websites say Intel CPU's perform better?

in some games, yes, in others, no.

 

ex: Crysis 3 & BF4 both favor AMD CPUs, but other games like WoW favor Intel.

 

but for recording, the AMD should be better, with the extra cores to run fraps on.

Are you able to include a DVD writer n maybe find a cheaper PSU?

No problem, just a tip, get an external optical drive. That way you can use it with other builds without having to take it out all the time. Unless you're going to actively use it, in which case you'd just be better off staying with the internal.
