Intel Turbo Boost Not Working

i have a 6700k and Turbo Boost aint working? So ive checked my bios and it's enabled. When its underload it stays at 4.00Ghz which is base freq. it should be reaching 4.2? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Yes, turbo boost is enabled

Temp is 40-50°C, have a Hyper 103 cooler.

Also it's been under 3DMark Firestrike and it doesnt go past 4.0?

turbo boost works depending on how many cores are loaded

the highest boost you get when only one core is loaded

Check the bios turbo boost is a option there.

Also the post above me. CPU will only reach max clock speed at probs 1 or 2 cores not at all cores at the same time.

Turbo boost has options in the BIOS, even for what level you want it to boost to on some boards. Check your mobo manual for details.

Thanks everyone :). Maybe it only runs on 1 core then, on my 4460 it showed in CPU-z running at 3.4 instead of 3.2 when turbo boosted?
