First off, I'd like to apologize if these guys came off as rude.  They weren't trying to be.  Sometimes you just want to get your point across quickly and don't bother checking how it could be interpreted. :)

Anyway, as others have said, go with another brand of GPU.  MSI, ASUS, and EVGA are all reliable ones.  Gigabyte isn't known for quality.  It's a good thing Gigabyte doesn't develop the drivers for their cards or they'd abandon them after a year (never buying a motherboard from them again).

I added everything to PCPartPicker

I switched out the video card and added faster memory.  You are of course free to change them back.  The RAM is identical except it's clocked faster.

For some reason, the bottom monitors aren't in the database, so I added them manually.  I should warn you that I can't imagine you could possibly get close to 240fps on three different monitors though.  You should consider a lower refresh rate, like 120hz.  Your top one is only 100hz.

Make sure to quote or tag me (@JoostinOnline) or I won't see your response!

It's only overkill if you don't intend to use it to its fullest capabilities or you have future plans.  For even a power gamer that's overkill, but I don't know.  Maybe you intend to run all three monitors with a surround display at full resolution while streaming to Twitch or running virtual machines in the background.
