R9 290x worth water cooling?

I can get the NZXT kraken G10 and Cooler-master h55 aio cooler for £50 from a friend, is it worth it? I can overclock my card but it starts thermal throttling, would this help achieve greater clocks?

Current build,

CPU: Fx 8350 (oc to 5ghz)

CPU cooler: hyper 212 cooler

GPU: msi r9 290x twin frozor 4gb

Mobo: msi 970 gaming

Ram: 24gb ddr3 Corsair vengeance pro 2400mhz

SSD: 120gb

HDD: 1t and 500gb seagate barracuda 7200rpm

PSU: corsair vs650

Fans: 8/10 depends how you count.

I've seen 290x's running at 50C at load under water. Definitely worth it if you're ok with the extra clutter. Just make sure to get heatsinks for the VRM and memory. People often forget about that.

Do this, and also be sure you have some airflow moving over the card, even if it's just an extra 120mm case fan blowing across it the thing.

Under load gpu gets to 90c and stops any higher and the card thermal throttles
