Live Streaming W/Low Upload Speed

I really want to live stream but my internet is trash and this is the best i can get in my area. http://www.speedtest.net/result/6186580377 1.4 up isnt great but what would be the best settings for a watchable stream. I would really want to play multiplayer games like overwatch and battlegrounds. I do youtube as well but i really feel live streaming would be more fun.

Just play around with the bitrate of your stream and test it out, eventually you will find the best settings.

I think many people stream with a bitrate of 2.5 or so, but I dont think that your upload will be able to allow you that, you will be probably looking at around 1 mbit.

I have 1.2Mbps Up and have not found any settings that provided me with a stream quality i was happy with (I was trying to shoot for 720p @60hz minimum) so I wont stream until I get better internet

im streaming overwatch with 1500 bnit rate at 432p and from my end its stuttery because its at 30fps but it doesn't buffer, could someone take a look pls and let me know.
