Greater Toronto Area / Canada used parts

My current AMD system (IN THE SIG BELOW) is old and has started to BSOD once a month-ish

My Needs: Photo Editing (working with large cr2 RAW files in Adobe) and Gaming and with a newer system i can finally start video editing with Premier as well

 

My absolute max budget is $400 CAD for CPU, MOBO, RAM, CPU Cooler - everything else i will be reusing from my old system

 

Looking at used parts only because new ones will go over my budget

Currently looking at i5 4690k and i7 4790(non k)

 

My Question: Have you guys had any luck with purchasing used parts from websites other than kijiji/craigslist ? any recommendations where i can look

Juts look at kijiji its better then craigslist never encountered a proble.aYou can try letgo too

Ebay is fine if witin canada (so no import tax and stuff) 

Kijiji is good, madd few purchases

The Canadian used market is utter BS. I don't really think you'd be able to fit a good premiere system (let along a 4xxxk intel system) in your $400 budget.

 

Probably the best deals you'll find are on kijiji, craigslist, or ebay.
