Warranty Failure

Yoo Song Won

So I sent in my Sennheiser HD650s for repair and used my warranty as one of the hinges of the headband/yoke wouldn't clip in properly into the driver can and I just got them back from 'repair'.

They did fix the issue but somehow scratched the inside of the headband/yoke doing so and made the right can/driver a lot looser than the left for no reason at all. It wasn't like this when I sent it to them and had no reason to touch the right driver as I only asked to fix the left which they then scratched.

What do you think I should do since they would probably won't fix them again or say that these new problems were my fault or something. I'm scared that my reason or complaint won't seem 'authentic' or 'good enough' to get another repair.

Thanks.

I think it should be self evident, right? If you don't try, you won't know.

Thanks for the afternoon mental exercise.

I'd agree with @SSL, there's only one way to find out ;)

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
