Ignore windows task manager, it does not give correct information. Use proper software like CPU-Z or hardware monitor or aida64 or literally anything else.

I'm using Asus Z170-A motherboard with 6700K

before i reinstall the windows

the clock speed is able to get 4.6

right now i'm not sure is it right or wrong in the task manager the max speed is ""4.01""

what does it mean 4.01??

how can I make it to 4.00??

it was 4.00 before i reinstall the windows

Task manager is known to report clock speeds incorrectly.

Try using other software like CPU-Z to correctly monitor your clock speed.
