Reduce the money spent on motherboard, you don't need to go high-end on motherboard, and RAM. Spend more on SSD and Power supply, it's very important to get good quality PSU

A 6600K is just as good as a 7600K. They have identical IPC. Just overclock the 6600K .2 GHz higher and you have a 7600K.

See PSU runs everything, and they're fragile stuff if you go cheap on them , and can ruin the whole build.

That can easily be fixed by adjusting the multplier of the 6600K in the EFI. You wouldn't even need to adjust voltage. They're identical, just clock it .3 GHz higher.

One of the only brands that I can blanket recommend. Can't do that with EVGA, Corsair, etc, but with Seasonic you generally can. The S12 is probably the cheapest PSU I'd pair with a 1070 but it'll work fine.

if I'm going to get a SSD it is going to be only for my system nothing else and also I don't care about the loading and booting time,

I only care about game performance FPS so what do you think?

Yes of-course it'll provide a bit more fps, even in multitasking..

I see nothing wrong with your build. Could cut a few corners but only saves you like $40.
