Posted March 21, 2017 So ive come about something weird, lately ive decided to clean up my expansions, delete some old ones, disable unused ones. After removing several adblockers i am only using the Kaspersky plugin for blocking ads, but even on whitelisted sites, with the adblocking disabled within Kaspersky and afetr fresh install of chrome wihtout the kaspersky plugin, some ads are still blocked. Posted March 21, 2017 I've encountered some websites in the past that ask me to "disable ad blocker or white-list them to continue browsing". I don't have, and never had, adblock or any similar extension. I conjectured it has something to do with the ads using flash, javascript, or something like that, and that kind of content being blocked somewhere in Chrome's content settings. Posted March 21, 2017 Author @SpaceGhostC2C Yeah, but even some ads on youtube get blocked, and they are usually pretty good at getting their ads seen.
