Prebuilt PC Or Is It?

It's a custom PC.. Or upgraded pre built. Whatever you prefer. These terms are not set in stone.

That's actually a good question. If you replaced nearly everything then it's custom. I would say if you kept more than 2 things it's not. That's my opinion btw

i kept my harddrives, PSU and my RAM so is my i5 4690K and GTX 970 build not a custom one compared to my FX6300 and 750TI prebuilt then? i think that the moment you replace CPU or GPU its definatly a custom build but changeing minor things like RAM, cooling and harddrives just makes it an upgraded prebuilt

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

I think that I would consider a MOBO transplant/swap a custom, most other things being upgrades.  (upgraded GPU, upgraded CPU upgraded RAM) but if you "upgraded" enough it becomes custom.
