First of all you should not try to power up a 95w CPU with single 4 pin CPU connector when the motherboard requires two 4 pin CPU connectors (which is called the one 8 pin EPS connector) as overheating may occur and cause fire.

Second you should not power up the 95w CPU with a no name PSU as bad PSU can't deliver enough power to power hungry CPU and it may cause damage to your whole system.

The Seasonic S12 you linked before is a good choice.
