Need opinions & recommendations about a UPS and UPS in general

I built a computer not so long ago and it works well, thing is now i want to protect it because im moving to a place that has ocasional blackouts. 

 

My local store is advertising this UPS model and im not sure if its the right choice for my computer that uses 270w~aprox.

Is it a good option? If not then why? And what is a good option?

As long as it's a line interactive UPS and has a good warranty (1-3 years) I would say it's a good option.

It's best to get a good quality unit like APC, Eaton, Tripplite, GE, Cyberpower or such, it's the same concept as a PSU where you want to get a good quality unit.
