What is a good cpu cooler that can cool a i7 6700 down to nothing over 80 C for around 50 $

it's a locked chip, so you don't need anything more than a stock cooler unless you want it to be quiet.

 

if so, just get something like a 212 Evo.

Hyper 212 if you can fit it. If not, stock cooler.

the 212 Evo shouldn't be considered and nor should these low end 120-140mm AIOS
