According to http://www.tomshardware.com/news/amd-ryzen-am4-motherboard-heatsink-problem,33771.html the problem is more general than that. In fact it looks like particular motherboard/cooler combinations may have issues that others do not.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

oh yeah, I remember that article. Still have no idea what's the problem with the height of the mounting hole for cpu back plate.
