Do you know something that sounds like one, I dont have one on hand right now.

Probably some sound effects. Cherryx blue has that mechanical sound, but not as close to a real authenthic type writer.

When the head reaches the end it goes ding. Can use a desk bell for that. xD

Unless asked (via support, and that is usually done within 15min from the request... most of the time 1-2 min), Microsoft will never ever call people.

If they say that "zOMG! You have an illegal copy of Windows".. you will not hear Microsoft, you will have Microsoft lawyers at your door, or a signed that you received letter to show up in court (which you need to validate as well by calling the appropriate phone number).

If they say "zOMG! you have a virus!", Microsoft will issue a Windows Defender update to remove it.

she even wanted to proof it that she was real because she said she had my windows product key and she new my last name.

Has something like this happend to you before? What should I do?

Edit: She also said they received a lot of error messages from my computer

Yea, she will remote desktop or ask you to do step to get some GUID which is the same for everyone, and claim that is your product key, and your last name is easily found out via reversed phone looked-up websites, assuming you didn't hide your name from white pages.

Just a moment ago I received a call from a female Microsoft technician. It was a number from the Netherlands ( 00 31....)  and I live in germany, the woman spoke English but the connection was very bad, she wanted to inform me that my computer had a virus and she wanted to help me repair it or something.

I only got to pick up the phone at the 3 time they called me. This seems very suspicious to me, she even wanted to proof it that she was real because she said she had my windows product key and she new my last name.

Microsoft WILL NEVER call you. Its like these people who get calls from the IRS, the IRS will never call you. They will sent you a letter and have you call them. Any way, like others have said, its a scam. Best to just ignore the calls. Do a virus scan if it will make you feel better. Microsoft could give a shit less if you have a virus, they dont track that type of shit. The only person that may call if your computer is infected is your ISP, because if they discover your part of a bot network then they would want to get in contact. But even then, they might turn your service off and wait for you to call in.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Scam. (Microsoft will never initiate a call for service)

I had fun with one of these a few years ago. Without ever letting them remote into my computer ... and they will want to ... I had them tied up for hours.

They finally got frustrated enough to yell at me for wasting their time.
