960 upgrade to RX480 benchmark results

Just got my RX480 in the mail today, it's the MSI Gaming X 8gb. I'm very pleased, and over all very very impressed with the performance vs my 2gb 960. Thought I'd share a few benchmark results with anyone curious :] All 1080p

I'm using an FX6300 OC'd to 4.3, so I'm very aware of my CPU bottleneck (even more so now), but the difference has been massive for me. I chose the 480 over the 1060 because it was about 35$ cheaper (Canadian), and all AMD cards came with DOOM for free. Vs more expensive, and no free game. So yea  Small pool of info, but here it is

 

GTX 960

Firestrike - Graphics score of 7658

Heaven Ultra preset - FPS 33 score 846

Black Ops 3 - Max settings AA/mb off

Min 39 Avg 53 Max 71

Dying Light Max settings AA/mb off

Min 33 Avg 49 Max 77

 

RX480

Firestrike - Graphics score of 13,369 

Heaven Ultra preset - FPS 52.2 score 1314

Black Ops 3 - Max settings AA/mb off

And well it's dependent on the game. But it hits 100 in Blops 3, Dying Light and such. Heavily modded Skyrim thankfully not though

Well considering I have an overclocked 6300 with a 500w psu, not sure I'd have enough power for it >.> But yea I've seen them get cheap, pretty awesome
