Hi I'm planning on making a new PC using Ryzen and need a bit of help lol. I am looking for a case that is as quiet as possible but will also allow me to install a 280mm radiator in the front while allowing me to have a Blu-ray drive and a future card reader as well. I also need space for 2 3.5 HDD and 2 SSD. The one that fits my bill except the Blu-ray and card reader is the define S but I'm reluctant to give up my Blu-ray drive and hate the idea of a usb card reader (not clean looking). Any help would be great only other thing to say is I live in Canada so Canadian available is a must lol.

the corsair case is actually loud given the gaps between the glass panels and no drive bays or a slot to put a card reader in.

i think some phanteks cases would be a good option too

GPU drivers giving you a hard time? Try this! (DDU)

Snip

Fractal Define R5 (basically the Define S but with drive bay support), Be Quiet Dark Base 900/Pro, Corsair 600Q, and so on... Just look for cases with build in foam insulation for sound deadening.

Honestly though, even a case without dampening material should be totally fine. Acoustics is more about the hardware you put in your case than it is the case in which you put that hardware. just turn down your fan speeds (if you can) and everything should be fine.

Cooler master Mastercase Pro 5

Corsair Air540

And yes the Fractal Design R5 (basically the "older" version of the define S)

I'd go with Fractal Design R5 (windowed if you like), as it has what you would want, plus it has a lot of sound dampening inside.  I built my last system in one, and am very happy with the results.
